How to Make a Balloon Arch Video

Supplies

2 pieces of 5 foot long rebar
2 7 foot long PVC poles (i inch diameter)
1 5 foot long PVC pole (i inch diameter)
2 elbow joints to fit the polls
100 good quality balloons

Directions

Stick rebar 20 inches into ground 5 feet apart.

Slide 7 foot poles over rebar.

Then, attach 5 foot piece across 7 foot pieces with elbow joints.

Blow up balloons and tie two together at a time.

Twist pairs of balloons around the pole.
