Supplies
2 pieces of 5 foot long rebar
2 7 foot long PVC poles (1-inch diameter)
1 5 foot long PVC pole (1-inch diameter)
2 elbow joints to fit the polls
100 good quality balloons
Directions
Begin by sticking the two pieces of rebar about 20-inches into ground and 5 feet apart from one another. Use a small shovel to help you reach the required depth if needed.
Next, slide the two 7-foot poles over the rebars. You'll then want to attach the 5-foot piece of PVC across the center to join the two 7-foot pieces. Use the elbow joints to secure and create a single bar.
Now, all that's left is to decorate! Blow up all of the balloons and tie two together at a time. Working your way around the entire pole display, twist pairs of balloons around the poles until the entire display is covered. The more balloons you use, the better it will look.
