Irish Shandy Cocktail

All the fun of an English Shandy but with an Irish twist! This cocktail recipe is easier to concoct than you might think and your guests will love how the lemon lime soda tastes in this Irish version.

Not all of us appreciate the heaviness of a stout, however adding a lemon lime soda to the mix makes it a drink that everyone will enjoy at your next St. Patrick's Day Party. 

I used these festive Guinness pint glasses, but any pint glass will suffice.

Ingredients:

1/2 pint of Guinness

1/2 Pint of Lemon Lime Soda

Directions:

The trick to ensuring you have the layered look like our drink above is to pour the lemon lime soda first, and then top with Guinness using a spoon to soften the pour of the Guinness onto the lemon lime soda in the glass.
