Italian Strawberry Cream Soda Cocktail

It's clear to any one how perfectly dressed this cocktail recipe is for the holiday of love - between the vibrant pink drink itself to the red berry garnish, it's the classic red and pink combo color that first gets you in the mood for love. Ingredients:

1 ounce of heavy spiked whipping cream

4 ounces of tonic water or soda water

splash of strawberry syrup

ice

1 ounce of vodka

Directions:

In a tall glass filled with ice, pour in the tonic water, syrup and vodka, and then gently stir the ingredients. Next, top the drink with homemade heavy whipping cream for added spiked sweetness and texture. Garnish with a strawberry and serve.

To make the spiked whipped cream, simply beat heavy whipping cream in a chilled bowl with a hand mixer. Once soft peaks have formed, pour a shot of whipped cream vodka into the cream and beat again for a minute - don't over whip!
