Signature drinks are always a great way to work in your party's theme or the reason behind your celebration, but when the guest list exceeds more than a handful of friends, concocting individual drinks for guests becomes a lot more work than it's worth.
At the same time, big celebrations are just as deserving of a special sip as smaller ones, which is where party punch recipes come in!
For the 50th birthday party I helped throw for my mom recently, I mixed up a sweet, tangy spiked lemonade recipe that turned out to be just perfect for the occasion. Inspired by my mom's love of lemon, her favorite color yellow and her sweet, yet sassy personality, this party punch was a real hit with our guests.
Give it a try at a milestone celebration like we did, or just mix it up for a summer party out back!
1 bottle Cupcake Vodka (Lemon Chiffon)
1 cup Van Gogh Cool Peach Vodka
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 cups lemon-lime flavored seltzer water
1 bottle lemon-lime soda
Lemon slices for garnish
The night before your party, combine the Chiffon vodka, peach liquor and lemon juice. Stir together and place in the fridge overnight.
Just before your guests arrive, add in your seltzer water, lemon-lime soda and lemon slices. Stir well and serve.
