Place garlic in a food processor and process until minced. Add beans, juice, cilantro, and salt and process into a puree.
With processor running, slowly add olive oil in a steady stream through the feed tube.
Process until mixture thickens, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Spoon into airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. Bring to room temperature before serving. Place banana chips in a bowl and serve with hummus.
