Liquid Birthday Cake for Adults

I'm a fan of birthday cakes, but as I've gotten older many of my friends don't always share the same sentiment. Most of them would rather sip their calories at birthday outings versus eat them.

To me though, a birthday just isn't a birthday without cake.

So, in order to please both my friends and my own demands, I've started serving birthday cake shots at birthday parties. While we don't enjoy more than one or two of these at most, liquid birthday cake is sweet, smooth and a great stand in for a traditional birthday cake.

Ingredients:

1 jigger whipped cream vodka

1 jigger vanilla vodka

Whipped Cream

Honey (to rim glass)

Sprinkles (for garnish)

Directions:

Rim your double shot glasses with a very tiny bit of honey - just enough for the sprinkles to stick.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour over your vanilla vodka and whipped cream vodka. Shake until cold.

Strain into double shot glass rimmed with sprinkles and top with some whipped cream.
