Lobster Mac N Cheese

Frozen macaroni and cheese, particularly Stouffers brand, flew off the shelves in supermarkets everywhere during the 60s. Lets be honest " who doesnt feel like a happy kid again when served a nice large scoop of cheesy goodness? Add chunks of succulent lobster for your 1960s TV Dinner Party.

Ingredients

• 3 Boxes of Stouffer's Frozen Macaroni and Cheese
• 1 Whole Can of Lobster Meat
• 1 1/2 Cup(s) Fresh White Bread Crumbs
• 1 Quart Whole Milk
• 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
• 1/2 Tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
• 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg

Directions

• Preheat oven to 325. Microwave Stouffer's Macaroni and Cheese then transfer to a baking dish.
• Add lobster, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bake for 8 minutes.
• Top with bread crumbs. Bake until golden brown on top.
