Make Your Tailgate a Potluck

Assign everyone a dish, beverage or other task that way the cost (and the work!) is split among the group.To make it fun, plan a menu based on the state of the team youre rooting for such as Texas barbecue or New York street food.

Be sure to plan the entire menu well in advance and create a master checklist to be sure everything is taken care of.

Send out a reminder a few days before so no one forgets to bring their assignment!
