This champagne cocktail is a twist on the classic Mimosa. Though it's a perfect drink for the summertime, we really enjoy serving this drink at brunch celebrations throughout the year - especially the holidays.
Mandarin oranges give this drink its special flair, so if you can get your hands on them, do so!
4 ounces sparkling wine or champagne
1 splash Mandarin orange juice (from a can of Mandarin oranges)
3 Mandarin oranges (canned)
Add a splash of Mandarin orange juice to a flute. Then spoon in the oranges.
Next, just top your Mandarin juice and oranges off with a hevy pour of sparkling wine or champagne.
