Mango Salsa is great for the younger crowd or those with less tolerance to heat—but you can always turn up the heat by adding fresh chili to this sweet fruity mix.
Ingredients:
2 fresh mangos
1 fresh lime
A pinch of salt
1 red onion
Handful of cilantro
Directions:
Dice up the mango into small bite size pieces, then add finely chopped red onion and cilantro to the mix.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lime to suite your taste.
