1 pouch sugar cookie mix
3 tablespoons flour
1 stick butter, softened
1/4 cup margarita mix (regular or strawberry)
Decorative sugar crystals, if desired
Heat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray).
In a medium bowl, mix sugar cookie mix, flour, butter, egg, and margarita mix until combined.
Drop tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Lightly sprinkle with decorative sugar crystals, if desired.
Bake cookies for 7-9 minutes or until edges are no longer soft.
Allow to cool 2 minutes on baking sheet, then remove to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
