Why have a simple cookie when you can have a sugar loaded sandwich on Valentine’s Day?

What little Valentine would not love a chocolaty cookie sandwich filled with marshmallow whip? Every bite is a burst of sweet gooey Valentine's Day fun.

This fun after school kitchen project is simple to make and is a great way to celebrate the sweetness of Valentine’s Day in your kitchen - just make sure there's plenty of milk on hand and be prepared for the unavoidable sugar rush.

Ingredients:

1 package of ready-made sugar cookie dough

2 cups of marshmallow whip

1 cup of Pebbles Xtreme

1/2 cup of Sweet Heart Candy

1 package of chocolate chips

Directions:

Cut the cookies into large round or oval discs and bake them according to the directions on the package and allow them to cool while you melt the chocolate in the microwave according to the directions on the package.

Once the chocolate is melted, use a rubber spatula to spread the chocolate across the top of each cookie, and then alternate each cookie with the pebbles and sweet heart toppings.

Once the chocolate is set, place a dollop of marshmallow whip on the cookie with the Pebbles Xtreme topping and then top with the Sweet Heart Cookie.

Once the cookies are assembled, serve with a tall glass of milk and let the sweet Valentine's Day celebrations begin.
