Frothy fruity drinks are fun for the summer, but we like to switch it up once in a while wit this martini recipe. It's light, sweet, tangy and tart, which makes it perfect for the hot summer months.
2 ounces (high end) gin
3/4 ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
3/4 ounce (high end) Blanc vermouth, such as Dolin
Orange (or any flavor you desire, like strawberry, grapefruit, peach, etc) bitters
A lemon wedge
Combine all the liqueurs and bitter with ice in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the lemon.
