Mascarpone Cream

A faux Devonshire style Cream to add to your scones. Yum.

Makes about 1.5 cups of cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 Oz mascarpone
  • 1 Cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 Teaspoon good vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar or Splenda
  • Tiny Pinch of Salt

Directions

  • In a mixer on low speed mix all the ingredients together until soft peaks are formed. Dont over mix. Serve with your scones and refrigerate the rest!
