Mason Jar Drinks

Rather than filling plastic cups with drinks for your BBQ opt to use mason jars instead. These containers are larger so there's less refill work to do, but they also give the table a much more put-together and rustic look.

Supplies

Mini mason jars
Lemonade
Cupcake liners
Twine

Directions

Keep it easy on yourself - fill mini mason jars (to keep it kid-friendly) with refreshing lemonade.

Top them with cupcake liners by tying the edges down with a bit of twine.

Then, poke a hole in the center and slip a festive striped straw through.

More Mini BBQ Ideas

For the kid BBQ we threw we used a lot of mini ideas when it came to our table. Mini mason jars, mini burgers and mini bean pans!

We found the mini frying pans pictured at our local Dollar Store. They were used to serve the baked beans in and set at each child's place setting.

This special touch added a great look to the table, but also made it easy to convince the kids to eat their veggies!
