Mediterranean Flair Steak Marinade

Whether it's south of Italy, south of France, Greece, or Turkey that makes your heart skip a beat, give our mediterranean flair steak marinade a try for those nights out on your porch. You may not be able to take your dinner guests on a trip overseas, but they'll definitely feel like they've escaped to the mediterranean for an few hours, after they've eaten your wonderfully marinated steak!

Ingredients

1 cup red wine
4 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 Spanish onion, Julienne
4 sprigs fresh thyme
1 sprig rosemary
1 cup olive oil

Directions

Combine the ingredients below then place in a plastic baggie with the steak for a minimum of 2 hours.
