This chocolate champagne cocktail isn't called the Midnight Kiss for no reason. We shaved milk chocolate kisses down to rim the top of our martini glass, then filled it with a delicious concoction that's soft, yet deep and delicious - just like a good midnight kiss!
Light and refreshing, but also decadent and warming, this champagne cocktail is perfect for a special celebration like New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day or a milestone birthday.
Delicious it is, but complicated to make it is not!

Ingredients:
1 ounce amaretto
1 ounce chocolate liqueur
4 ounces chilled champagne
shaved chocolate for rimming
Directions:
Shave down your milk chocolate, then, dip your martini glass in a simple syrup and rim your glass with the chocolate shavings. If you don't have simple syrup, the chocolate will also stick to the rim if you dip it in a bit of the liqueur first.
Fill a large glass with ice and mix together your amaretto and chocolate liqueur. Stir. Pour in your champagne and then strain the mix into your chocolate rimmed martini glass and enjoy!
