Mighty Maple Peanut Butter Pancakes

Celebrations Editor

You like your maple syrup ON your pancakes, I like mine IN my pancakes! Especially when it's combined with creamy peanut butter.

Apart from being so easy to make, this brunch recipe is fantastic for the flavor packed into every bite and the extra fluffy texture it has thanks to the peanut butter.

We made these in the office to celebrate, our Project Manager, Nell's birthday. We suggest you whip them up for any reason you can think up!

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter & Co.'s Mighty Maple Peanut Butter

Pancake Mix

Chocolate morsels

Butter

Directions:

Mix up your pancake batter however you normally would. We used an instant mix made with water for our office celebration.

Then, add in your Mighty Maple Peanut Butter. We used 3 hefty tablespoons - we're peanut butter lovers though, so if you want to use less go ahead, but we thought we could have used even more! Mix well.

You may have to add some water to your peanut butter pancake batter at this point if it's gotten too thick. Do so about a teaspoon's worth at a time.

Once ready, cook up as you normally would. We added chocolate morsels to ours as they cooked on their first side because it just seemed so right -- it turned out it was perfect!

Serve with a bit of butter and more maple!
