With St. Patrick's Day coming up, we only thought it was fitting to round up some insanely amazing recipes using our favorite Irish beer, Guinness. Now these aren't any average recipes. Think along the lines of seriously mind blowing. Seriously.

Who doesn't love a good chocolate cake? This one is made with only a few ingredients and layered on top of each other with berries in between. A thick chocolate ganache covers the top and sides for an extra chocolate kick.

For all you non-Canadians (that includes me), poutine is a dish from Quebec that is made with french fries, gravy and cheese. Kind of like our version of disco fries in the states. This version might be one of my favorites that I have seen because the gravy is made with Guinness.

This isn't your average chocolate ice cream. It's creamed together with a bottle of Guinness Ale and a package of Starbucks hot chocolate mix. I'd love to try it with some caramel drizzled on top too!
