Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 3 oz. grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Worchester sauce
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon chili pepper
  • 1.5 tablespoons Ranch dressing

Directions

  • Place ground beef in a large bowl and add cheddar cheese, garlic, salt and chili pepper
  • Use hands to break up the meat and mix the ingredients well
  • Mix the Ranch and Worchester sauce together in a bowl
  • Add Ranch and Worchester mixture to the beef; mix thoroughly so it gets evenly distributed
  • Divide the meat into 8 small patties; use index finger and thumb to create a concave shape in the middle of the top and bottom of each patty.
  • The meat will rise in the middle as it cooks, and this will ensure that the burgers don't come out too round.
  • Grill and enjoy!
