Mini Cranberry Cherry Jell-O Desserts

I am such a Jell-O lover and no matter what the occasion, when I see a Jell-O item out on a table, I don’t miss out.

When it comes to Jell-O molds, there have always been so many fun things you can do with them to spruce up a dessert table at a party, but nowadays, people are finding even more ways to get creative with them.

I thought I would put a little twist on an old favorite of mine and create minis out of this recipe that my own family adores.

These cranberry cherry Jell-O minis are fun and easy to make, but they taste so delicious and gourmet your guests will have no idea you spent mere minutes preparing.

If there's no big party on your horizon though, I encourage you to try this recipe out any way. It's easy to halve and nothing is more refreshingly light to enjoy on a hot summer day.

Ingredients:

2 small boxes cherry Jell-o

2 cups boiling water

1 can cranberry jelly sauce

1 8 ounce carton sour cream

Directions:

Mix the Jell-O, water and cranberry sauce together until everything is completely dissolved and mixed together. Add in the sour cream and blend until the mixture becomes completely smooth again.

Pour the mix into miniature parfait glasses, shot glasses, small cups or whatever you have on hand that is mini and useful for serving dessert. These minis are so easy, refreshing and delicious you won't find one gues who won't enjoy!
