While mojitos have always been associated largely with summer celebrating, it seems to be a real favorite go-to this year in particular. In just a few short weeks we've added quite a few fun mojito recipes to our cocktail collection - and having sampled all, I can assure you, each one is as delicious as it looks.
So, take a page from our book this season and skip the usual calorie laden margarita and opt for a lighter, fresher and just as flavorful mojito instead.

Our first mojito recipe is a bit sweeter than the classic, but it's also a lo-cal version. Prepared with muddled watermelon and mint leaves, it's a sweeter sip that's still just as refreshing.
Speaking of the classic, this boozy popsicle is a frozen mojito friends will love. It's got all the refreshing flavor of the original in a fun new form.
You might argue this tangier sip isn't exactly a mojito as it uses white tequila instead of white rum, lemon instead of lime, and cilantro in favor of mint. However, we're going to ignore those complaints because this club soda cocktail with leaves is just TOO delicious to resist.
We call this brightly hued cocktail a maritime mojito - perfect for sipping on a boat, by the pool or at the beach.
The second spiked mojito popsicle on our list this summer is blueberry flavored. Paired with fresh mint leaves and white rum it makes for a pretty display - before you finish enjoying it!
Last but not least, we're loving Shawn Rabideau's cherry mojito recipe he shared with us at an event earlier this season. It was so scrumptious we had to have the recipe - and you'll want it, too.
