Nothing makes for an easier or more delicious breakfast than a frittata. There are so many different ingredients and variations to choose from; you can tailor one perfectly to your mom's tastes. And, many of the ingredients are probably already sitting in your fridge.

The basics: Eggs, olive oil, salt, pepper, veggies and protein. Choose from turkey, chicken, sausage, bacon or tofu and don't forget your mom's favorite cheese!
