Mouse in the House Ice Cream Cookie

Little ones will love the taste and the look of this ice cream cookie!

It's the perfect treat after watching Ratatouille, Mickey cartoons, Stuart Little or the Great Mouse Detective. Inspired by "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie," be sure to have some fun with this.

Ingredients

Some vanilla ice cream
A few chocolate chip cookies
bags of M&Ms

Directions

With your kids, bake their favorite type of cookie.

When the cookie is still hot out of the oven, transfer one cookie in the middle of the plate.

Place a cool, heaping scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

Now, let the kids create their mouse masterpiece: Use Oreos on top for ears, licorice for a tail and whiskers and M&Ms for the eyes & nose. They'll be so cute you won't want to eat them - almost.
