Name That Holiday Tune

The "Christmas Creep" generally starts here in the United States the day after Thanksgiving. Lately, however, the Christmas season has grown even longer and stores have shoppers getting into the holiday spirit even earlier.

With so much Christmas music playing all around you'd think we'd all be experts in the field, wouldn't you?

Maybe it's because we hear so much of it that it all becomes one holiday jingle. Or maybe, you really are an expert in the area of Christmas music.

Get yourself and your friends into the holiday spirit by playing some Christmas party games! Play this festive game with students, co-workers, friends or family at the next holiday gathering. This game is great for anyone looking for Christmas party games for kids.

How To Play

1. Divide the party, classroom or office up into two teams and give each team a bell.

2. Begin playing a holiday song and instruct the first person who can name the tune to ring their bell.

3. If they answer correctly, their team gets a point. If they guess incorrectly, the other team has a chance to give their answer for a point. The team with the most points at the end of the game wins.

Tip: Make it more of a challenge by avoiding the chorus of songs. Or, you can recite lyrics instead of playing the tune.
