No bake holiday treats are always great for the kids to make and enjoy. This particular recipe requires the use of a food processor, which mom can oversee for older kids and help with for younger kids.

A mix of creamy peanut butter flavor and sweet chocolate and vanilla, these no bake cookie balls are a delicious kid approved sweet that'll make the holidays even more merry!
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter chips
2 cups vanilla wafer cookies
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup granulated sugar
Directions:
Grind together the peanut butter chips and vanilla wafers in a food processor. Once the mixture is roughly chopped, add in the powdered sugar and process until combined.
Next, add in the water and corn syrup and process until crumbs form a mass.
Spoon the mixture out of your food processor into a bowl and stir in the mini chocolate chips. Pour the sugar into a shallow bowl. Form 1-inch cake balls from the mix and roll them in the sugar.
Store in wax paper lined airtight container in a cool dry place.
Let the balls sit for a few days before eating for best results.
Tip: Add more water if the mixture seems too dry and will not hold its shape when rolled into a ball. Add more powdered sugar if the mixture seems too moist to hold its shape.
