This no-guilt pina colada gives you everything you love about the classic summertime cocktail and also cuts the calories in half. With a few tweaks, you can take the count from 300 to 150 in seconds flat.
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces of coconut rum
3 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces light coconut milk
Dash of club soda
A pineapple slice for garnish
1 cherry, for garnish
Directions
In a shaker combine the rum, pineapple juice and coconut milk, and shake with ice.
Pour into a high ball glass and top with the club soda. Garnish with the pineapple slice and cherry.
