No Guilt Pina Colada

As quick as we are to associate pina coladas with tropical beach getaways, there's also that inevitable second association - how high they are in calories!

We can hardly expect to enjoy such a creamy, sweet sip without the calorie count, right? Wrong!

This no-guilt pina colada gives you everything you love about the classic summertime cocktail and also cuts the calories in half. With a few tweaks, you can take the count from 300 to 150 in seconds flat.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces of coconut rum
3 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces light coconut milk
Dash of club soda
A pineapple slice for garnish
1 cherry, for garnish

Directions

In a shaker combine the rum, pineapple juice and coconut milk, and shake with ice.

Pour into a high ball glass and top with the club soda. Garnish with the pineapple slice and cherry.
