NYE Rosebud Champagne Spritzer

This is a crisp alternative to your typical New Year's Toast! I call it the Rosebud Champagne Spritzer because it's so pretty and rosebuds mark a new beginning. Happy New Year!

Ingredients

6 ounces champagne (not brut)
1 1/2 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce chambord (raspberry liqueur)
1 or 2 raspberries

NOTE: One bottle of champagne is good for about 5-6 servings of champagne and mixed with a liter of vodka will make roughly 16 servings.

Directions

Pour chilled champagne into a glass.

Add vodka.

Add chambord, pouring slowly and do not mix (it's pretty when dark red at the bottom fades to the top as a pretty shade of pink towards the top).

Drop in a raspberry and serve.
