Old-Fashioned

The Old Fashioned is considered to be the first cocktail ever made. Serve this classic drink at your next party! If you're planning a party for your girlfriends, know that this drink might be a little bitter, but if you're wanting to serve a classic and try something new, go for it!

Ingredients

1 orange slice
1 maraschino cherry
1 sugar cube or 1 tsp
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 ounce bourbon
1 ounce club soda

Directions

Muddle together the orange, cherry and the sugar in the bottom of a rocks glass.

Add the bitters and bourbon and stir well.

Add ice to fill the glass halfway and top off with club soda. Serve immediately.
