Omelet Station

Set up an omelet station if you have someone to prepare them.
Offer mix-ins:

• cheese (cheddar, mozarella, brie, goats cheese)
• vegetables (onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, tomoatoes)
• crumbled bacon
• ham
• sausage

If cooking on the spot isn't ideal, prepare ahead of time a few different frittatas or quiche pies.
Or, to make things even easier, serve the eggs room temperature by creating a deviled egg bar with variations on the classic.
