Orange Spice Martini

Ideal for brunch, this tart and spicy martini is the only Christmas drink you will need at your next late morning, early afternoon holiday meal.

Bursting with orange and clove, it is the perfect way to start Christmas celebrations after unwrapping gifts.

Ingredients:

3 ounces of vodka

1 ounce of fresh orange juice

3 whole cloves

1 cinnamon stick for garnish

Ice

Directions:

Add the vodka, orange juice, cloves and ice into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously before straining the contents into the martini glass.

Before serving, garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick.
