Organic Whole Wheat Biscuits

Serve warm before dinner or use a sandwich bread. Organic whole wheat biscuits are made from pure, earthly goodness.

Ingredients

2 Cups organic whole wheat flour
4 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Teasponn salt
1/2 Cup instant organic dry milk
1/3 Cup canola oil
2/3 Cups water

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and dry milk with an electric mixer.

Combine oil and water and mix into dry ingredients. Stir just enough to moisten them.

On a lightly floured board, knead dough by simply folding it over a few times. Press the dough with your hands to make it approximately 1/2 inch thick.

With a biscuit cutter, cut the dough into circles. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
