Planning an Owner's Box theme Super Bowl Party can be easy as long as you do the proper planning and preperation before hand.

Invitations

Something hassle-free, out of the box, that blends with the sports theme is ideal.

Use team colors and mascots as inspiration.

Never forget the 4 Ws: What, Where, When, Why!

Over invite. Its almost certain some people will not be able to attend.

Be sure to include a reminder to RSVP. This will give you an idea of how many people are attending and will reduce the number of follow-up calls you will need to make later.

Since the competing teams are not announced until the weekend before Super Bowl Sunday, an email evite and a follow up call are perfectly acceptable! Always remember to blind CC your email list when sending out a mass email invite!

Set Up

Find a space in your house to create a viewing room.

Pick the area of your house with the largest TV. You can also rent a big screen TV for the game if you don't have one.

Move furniture from other areas into the viewing room so everyone has a seat to watch the game.

To really draw out the rivalry, separate the room in half so each team has their own side.

TIP - If you have the space, set up an adjacent room with food and drink for those not as interested in watching the game.
