If cocktail sipping were a sport, the Olympic committee would give this martini a gold medal. With London playing host to the games this year, our 007 Pepper Martini raises a toast to one of London’s most loved residents – James Bond—with a villain of a martini that is as dirty as they come, and packing one whopping punch along the way.
James Bond likes his shaken, not stirred and garnished with a large thin slice of lemon peel. While we agree a shaken martini is best, we prefer ours on the spicier side when summer arrives. Chilled, spicy and sour, the 007 Pepperchini Martini is just as fun to sip, as it is to say.
Ingredients:
3 ounces of Vodka
1 ounce of Dry Vermouth
1/2 ounce of Pepperchini brine
1 Pepperchini
Ice
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the brine, vodka and vermouth and shake vigorously for 1 minute.
