Pico de Gallo is typically a hot relish that offers all the taste of traditional salsa but with more bite.
Ingredients
2 beefsteak tomatoes
2 white onions
Handful of cilantro
1 fresh lime
A pinch of salt
2 green chilies
Directions
Dice tomatoes, green chilies and onion into small pieces, then add a pinch of salt to the mix.
Finely dice cilantro and fold into the existing mix.
Squeeze lime juice over the top to fit your taste.
