Pineapple Mint Punch

Contributor

Fresh, light and simple to make, this punch serves 20 and can be turned into a mocktail punch by omitting the gin. It's a recipe we serve at lots of parties we host and every time we do, it's a hit. If you've got a crowd coming over, it's an inexpensive sip to serve as well as a balanced mix to make sure everyone is satisfied.

Half a cup granulated white sugar
3 quarts pineapple juice
1 quart (liter) gin
1 quart (liter) sparkling water
