Pork Spareribs with Barbecue Sauce

More Party Ideas

On the 4th of July, I love to get ready for the fireworks by sharing a barbecue feast with friends. And while burgers and hot dogs are always fun, my favorite barbecue dish is definitely ribs. I used to think that making ribs was hard and time-consuming, but you'll see with this recipe that it's easy to make knock-out ribs at home.

Ingredients

  • 3 Lbs Pork Spare Ribs
  • 1 Cup ketchup
  • 1 Tsp tabasco
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 Cup(s) water
  • 2 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar

Directions

  • Cut the ribs into 4 rib chunks. Submerge in large pot of water. Boil for an hour.
  • Mix all the ingredients of the sauce.
  • Remove ribs from water. Top with sauce. Mix in bowl so they are well covered. Grill until slightly charred.
