Prosciutto and Brie Crostini

This delicious appetizer is budget-friendly and easy to make for a New Year's party.

Ingredients

1/2 pounds thinly sliced prosciutto
1 whole skinny baguette of take and bake sourdough bread
1/4 pounds wedge of brie cheese
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Set oven to 350 degrees. Slice the take and bake baguette into 1/4 inch thick slices.

Place slices on a baking pan and lightly brush olive oil across the top of the slices. Place bread in the oven until the top is golden; approximately 5-8 minutes.

Allow crostini slices to cool so they can be handled. Cut a slice of brie to place on top of each crostini.

Double roll a piece of prosciutto and add on top of the brie. Place the pieces of crostini on a large serving platter and let guests dig in.
