I always end up having leftover candy melts in my cupboard, so to use up those candy melts I created a quick and easy treat for St. Patrick’s Day.
All you do is melt the chocolate and create small, circular lollipops. Sprinkle some gold pearls on top and your done!

Ingredients:
14 ounces (One bag) Green Candy Melts
About 50 Lollipop Sticks
Your choice of Sprinkles for decoration, I used Gold Pearls
Directions:
Place the green candy melts in a heatproof bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water and melt the candy melts until smooth and completely melted.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
Using a small spoon, carefully spoon rounds of melted candy melts onto the parchment paper. Immediately sprinkle with desired sprinkles. Place the lollipop stick half way into the candy round. Spoon a small amount of candy melts over the part of the lollipop stick that is in the green candy round.
Allow the lollipops to harden completely and then carefully peel them up from the parchment paper or silicone mats. Enjoy!
These last up to 2 weeks in a sealed container.
Makes:
About 50 lollipops, depending on the size you make them.
