Parfaits are perfect for a brunch and a must at this particular festive get-together! Our yogurt parfaits combine layers of vanilla yogurt, fresh berries and a crunchy granola topping which make them not only tasty but patriotic as well.
6 cups of vanilla yogurt
1 pint of fresh raspberries or strawberries
1 pint of fresh blueberries
1 cup of granola with almonds
Begin by scooping a hefty spoonful of yogurt into a glass bowl or footed dish.
Next, spoon a layer of raspberries or strawberries on top. Repeat with another layer of yogurt, then top that layer with blueberries.
Continue to layer your parfaits until the glass is nearly full.
Top with 2 tablespoons of granola and garnish with a berry on top.
