Ref Cupcakes

For this sporty cupcake design, create a cupcake wrap out of black and white striped paper to pay tribute to the guys that keeps thing fair on the field.

To Make These Cupcakes:

• Bake a batch of your favorite cupcakes and ice them.
  Make a pattern for the cupcake wrap by wrapping white paper (or cardstock) around the cupcake and trimming it to fit.
• Place the cupcake wrap pattern on black and white striped paper and cut it out.
• Wrap the cupcake in the striped wrap and tape the back to keep it closed.
• Place a small plastic whistle on top. You should be able to find whistles like the one I used in the party favor or sport section of a party store.
