Follow this simple recipe for the best moist and chocolaty rich candy bars!
1 bag of Hershey’s semi sweet milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 tablespoon of honey
2 cups of small marshmallows
3 Graham Crackers
1/2 cup of finely chopped nuts
Begin by filling a medium saucepan halfway with water and bring to a rolling boil.
Top the saucepan with a glass mixing bowl large enough to rest on top.
Then add chocolate chips, butter, and honey to the bowl and mix completely until melted. The melted mixture will be thick and mouse like.
Remove from heat and add the nuts and marshmallows to the chocolate. Gently fold until fully mixed and dough like.
Place your Graham Crackers on a sheet of wax paper and then roll the chocolate dough over the top of them until fully covered and level on top.
Finish off by placing the mixture in the refrigerator to set, and then chop into small bite size bars. Serve these yummy rocky road mouse bars for any party or occasion! Enjoy!
