Rosemary Roasted Almonds

Try this party snack recipe of ours to keep it simple, filling, and healthy.
This will give you about 2 cups. Simply double (or triple) the recipe for more.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon chopped rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon chili powder or cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 bag of whole almonds (raw)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss a few times to mix.
  • Arrange mixture on a tinfoil-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly toasted.
