Form-fitting, nude-colored slip (one that matches your skin tone well)
Fabric Pen
White Cardstock
Tape
Fabric Glue
T-strap sandals (any color will do, but silver is preferable)
Blonde wig (if you're not already blonde)
Fake Sushi

How To Create Your Homemade Halloween Costume: Sexy Samantha Jones from Sex and the City

First, try on the slip and use the fabric pen to mark the places where you'd want to cover if you were really naked.

Take the slip off and use the fabric glue to affix the fake sushi pieces to the places marked with the fabric pen. Allow to dry overnight before trying it on again.

Enlarge, print out and cut a fish skeleton out of white cardstock.

Affix the fish skeleton along the front of the t-strap shoes by placing a piece of tape horizontally across the back of the skeleton in three places (at the top, bottom and middle of the cutout).
