Who says ice cream has to have all the fun?
Sherbet is one of those classic childhood delights that rarely gets an opportunity to shine, but with these cones, they will finally get the recognition our grandparent’s gave it. Tangy, sweet, cold and fruity, sherbet drumsticks are simple to make and allow you to be as creative or as uniform as you'd like to be with them.
Ingredients:
12 scoops of Rainbow Sherbet
4 tablespoons of Cool Whip Whipped Cream
4 teaspoons of sprinkles
2 strawberries
4 sugar cones
Directions:
Prepare the strawberries into thin slices and then scoop the sherbet into the sugar cones until just over the edge.
Layer with strawberry and then top with the cream topping and sprinkles.
Once prepared, wrap the cone in wax paper and freeze for an hour before removing the wax paper and serving.
These can stay in the freezer for up to 3 days uncovered without spoiling.
