Place the ice cubes in a highball glass, or one of similar size. Pour the coffee, vodka and cream over the ice. Stir and serve.
No garnishes here. Use clear rocks glasses. Dip the top of each glass in water and then into a tray of blue sugar, fully covering the rim of the glass.
Make sure to do this before the drink is poured. Place one glowing, blue ice cube in each and garnish the drink with fresh ground nutmeg.
