Simple Cascading Corner Napkin Fold

This napkin fold is super-easy, but it is very visually impactful. Like in the picture, it looks best when a menu for the evening is placed on top of the napkin. Alternately, you can put large, flat placecards on top of the folded napkins. This napkin fold is super-easy, but it is very visually impactful. 1. Fold a large napkin in half.

2. Fold it in half again so there are four layers.

3. Place napkin on top of plate, positioning it with the four loose corners in the upper left.

4. Pull the top layer off the rest and pull it down diagonally so it rests flat (see picture).

5. Repeat with other layers, pulling each consecutive layer less farther down. Tuck edge of each pulled layer underneath the previous layer's fold (see picture).

6. Place menu or place card on top to complete the look.
