Simple Crustless Pumpkin Pie Recipe

If you're responsible for the pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving or even just headed to a pie exchange party this year, this crustless pumpkin pie recipe  may be a fun spin on the old tradition that the host will let you bring (without worry of it being duplicated!).

Everyone loves to put a healthy option out on the table every now and then, especially at a Thanksgiving feast, and this pie recipe will certainly suffice! Honestly, it's delicious and you don’t even miss the crust once you bite into it.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1 cup Bisquick

4 tablespoons butter

2 cans evaporated milk

4 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 large can pumpkin

2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl and then pour the mixture into an ungreased pie pan.

Bake in the oven oven for 50 to 55 minutes, then remove and enjoy. Easy as "pie," right?!

50 - 55 minutes

Makes:

1 9-inch pie
