Sangria is a summer staple sip, but we've been known to mix up this fruity wine concoction throughout the year. Though it's chock full of fresh fruit, sangria is also known to have a lot of sugar in it, so don't think you're skimming off calories pouring a glass of sangria over any other cocktail.
That being said, we challenged ourselves to cut the calories in a glass of our favorite summer sip. The result? We've taken the calorie count in our sangria from 150 and dropped it all the way down to 85!
You'll still love the flavor of this summer cocktail recipe and most won't even know there have been any changes made to cut the count!
