The smokier version of a bloody mary, this drink recipe is an ideal pairing for your summer bbq. Made with mezcal, tequila's smokier sister, our Bloody Maria cocktail packs a punch, kicks with spice but goes down smooth.

Ingredients

1 can of tomato juice
1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot
1/2 cup worstechire sauce
1/3 cup prepared horseradish
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper, fresh
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 pinch sea salt, to taste
1 1/2 ounce Mezcal
1 freshly squeezed lime

Directions

To make the mix, combine all your ingredients and stir.

For each cocktail pour 1 ounce of Mezcal and an ounce of lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Top that with your mix and shake.

Strain over fresh ice and garnish with an olive and a few drops of the extra virgin olive oil.
